This Indian Standard (First Revision) which is identical with ISO 16852 : 2016 —Flame arresters — Performance requirements, test methods and limits for use’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Gas Cylinders Sectional Committee and approval of the Mechanical Engineering Division Council.
