IS 16489 : 2018 Soymilk (Non-Dairy Product) - Specification

1. SCOPE
This standard prescribes the requirements and the methods of sampling and test for soymilk plain, sweetened and flavoured added with fruit juice and pulp and optionally added with minerals and vitamins, if so desired, and then pasteurized or sterilized or UHT (ultra high temperature) processed.
