NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard (Part 12) which is identical with IEC 60974-12 : 2011 ‘Arc welding equipment - Part 12: Coupling devices for welding cables’ issued by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Electric Welding Equipment Sectional Committee and approval of the Electrotechnical Division Council.
