This Indian Standard (Part 20) which is identical with ISO 9241-20 : 2008 ‘Ergonomics of humansystem interaction — Part 20: Accessibility guidelines for information/communication technology (ICT) equipment and services’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Ergonomics SectionalCommittee and approval of the Production and General Engineering Division Council.
