NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard (Part 2) which is identical with ISO 28564-2 : 2016 ‘Public information guidance systems - Part 2: Guidelines for the design and use of location signs and direction signs’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Basic Standards Sectional Committee and approval of the Production and General Engineering Division Council.
