NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO7212 :1986 ‘Enclosures for protection against ionizing radiation -Lead shielding units for 50 mm and 100 mm thick Walls’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Nuclear Energy for Peaceful Applications Sectional Committee and approval of the Chemical Division Council.
