1. SCOPE

This standard prescribes the PCR-based qualitative method for simultaneous detection and differentiation of two commercialized events of Bt cotton, namely, MON531 and MON15985 method intended to be used by laboratories involved in detection of genetically modified organisms and GMO derived products.
