NATIONAL FOREWORD
This Indian Standard (Part 5/Sec 2) which is identical with IEC 62933-5-2 : 2020 ‘Electrical energy storage systems - Part 5-1: Safety considerations for grid-integrated EES systems - Electrochemical-based systems’ issued by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) would be adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Electrical Energy Storage Systems Sectional Committee and approval of the Electrotechnical Division Council.
