Revised Standard from Last Update.

NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard (First Revision) which is identical with ISO 14743 : 2020 ‘ Pneumatic fluid power — Push-in connectors for thermoplastic tubes’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Fluid Power Systems Sectional Committee and approval of the Production and General Engineering Division Council.

This standard was originally published in 2019. The first revision of this standard has been undertaken to align it with the latest version of ISO 14743.

The major changes in this revision are as follows:

a) New fitting size including inch dimensions has been added;

b) New normative references have been added; and

c) Updates on leakages performances and precisions have been added for cyclic endurance with vibration.
