1. SCOPE

This standard prescribes requirements, sampling and methods of test for solar thermo-reflective exterior coating for cooling of roof top used to bring down the temperature of roof top. Solar thermo-reflective exterior coating for cooling of roof top can be applied on concrete roof top or steel roof top for the purpose of imparting relief to the inhabitants in a normal house and reduce electricity consumption.
