NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard (Part 19) which is identical with ISO 5667-19 : 2004 ‘Water quality - Sampling - Part 19: Guidance on sampling of marine sediments’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Water Quality Sectional Committee and approval of the Chemical Division Council.
