NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 16217 : 2020 ‘Cosmetics - Sun protection test methods - Water immersion procedure for determining water resistance’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Cosmetics Sectional Committee and approval of the Petroleum, Coal and Related Products Division Council.
