1. SCOPE

This standard prescribes constructional, performance and other requirements for high density polyethylene (HDPE) laminated woven lay flat tube and their fittings for use in rain irrigation system.

NOTE - This standard applies to high density polyethylene (HDPE) laminated woven lay flat tube for use in rain irrigation system. These tubes are laser perforated to replicate the rain effect when used for irrigation of horticulture and agriculture crops. This standard also applies to the fittings used for connecting these perforated lay flat tubes.
