1. SCOPE

This standard specifies the requirements for tufted carpet fabrics used for floor covering inside the automobiles which include floor of cabin compartment, boot space, utility compartment or any other area.

All standards are subject to revision and parties to agreements based on this standard are encouraged to investigate the possibility of applying the most recent editions of the standards indicated in Annex A.
