This Indian Standard (Part 1) which is identical with ISO 10322-1 : 2016 ‘Ophthalmic optics — Semi-finished spectacle lens blanks — Part 1: Specifications for single-vision and multifocal lens blanks’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of Ophthalmic Instruments and Appliances Sectional Committee and after approval of the Medical Equipment and Hospital Planning Division Council.
