NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard (Part 1) which is identical with ISO 21924-1 : 2017 ‘Protective equipment for martial arts - Part 1: General requirements and test methods’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Sports Goods Sectional Committee and approval of the Production and General Engineering Division Council.

This Indian Standard is published in several parts. The other parts in this series are:
