NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO/TS 20428 : 2017 ‘Health informatics - Data elements and their metadata for describing structured clinical genomic sequence information in electronic health records’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Health Informatics Sectional Committee and after approval of the Medical Equipment and Hospital Planning Division Council.
