This Indian Standard (Part 2) which is identical with ISO 14502-2 : 2005 ‘Determination of substances characteristic of green and black tea - Part 2: Content of catechins in green tea - Method using high-performance liquid chromatography’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards, on recommendation of the Stimulant Foods Sectional Committee, and approval of the Food and Agriculture Division Council.
