NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard (Part 2) which is identical with ISO 8102-2 : 2021 ‘Electrical requirements for lifts, escalators and moving walks - Part 2: Electromagnetic compatibility with regard to immunity’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Lifts, Escalators and Moving Walks Sectional Committee and approval of the Electrotechnical Division Council.
