1. SCOPE

This standard covers the requirement for low pressure steam cookers with external heat source whose nominal working pressure is upto 0.1 Kgf/cm2.

NOTE - This cooker does not need to comply with the requirements of IS 2347, if the normal operating pressure is upto 0.1 kgf/cm2.
