NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 18692-2:2019 ‘Fibre ropes for offshore stationkeeping - Part 2: Polyester’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Cordage Sectional Committee and approval of the Textiles Division Council.
