NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 18692-3:2020 ‘Fibre ropes for offshore stationkeeping - Part 3: High modulus polyethylene (HMPE)’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Cordage Sectional Committee and approval of the Textiles Division Council.
