NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard (First Revision) which is identical to ISO 13577-2 : 2023 'Industrial furnaces and associated processing equipment - Safety - Part 2: Combustion and fuel handling systems' issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of Industrial Fuel-Fired Furnaces Sectional Committee and approval of the Metallurgical Engineering Division Council.
