1. SCOPE

1.1 This standard prescribes constructional details and other particulars of 7 varieties of cotton embroidery threads, bleached or dyed.

1.2 This standard does not specify the feel of the embroidery thread, nor does it specify the degree of whiteness of the bleached thread or the colour of the dyed thread.
