1. SCOPE
1.1 This Standard prescribes the requirements and methods of sampling and test for Sheedal/Ngari produced by means of fermentation of small variety of fish.
1.2 Sheedal/Ngari shall be prepared from the following species:
a) Puntius spp; and
b) Setipinna phasa.
