NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 21621 : 2021 ‘Tourism and related services — Traditional restaurants — Visual aspects, decoration and services' issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Travel, Tourism & Hospitality Related Services Sectional Committee and approval of the Services Sector Division Council.
