1. SCOPE

This standard applies to all vehicles of M and N category, which leave the factory premises for body building in a drive-away-chassis configuration, on road, whenever and wherever, by its own wheels using own power.

This standard does not apply to drive away chassis that are transported from the factory premises for body building, on a trailer or any other mode of transportation.
