NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard (Part 3) which is identical with ISO 13606-3 : 2019 ‘Health informatics - Electronic health record communication - Part 3: Reference archetypes and term lists’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Health Informatics Sectional Committee and after approval of the Medical Equipment and Hospital Planning Division Council.

This Indian Standard supersedes IS/ISO 13606-3 : 2009 which was published in 2014 as an identical adoption of ISO 13606-3 : 2009 ‘Health informatics - Electronic health record communication - Part 3: Reference archetypes and term lists’.
