This Indian Standard (Part 4) which is identical with ISO 15883-4 : 2018 ‘Washer-disinfectors — Part 4 Requirements and tests for washer-disinfectors employing chemical disinfection for thermolabile endoscopes’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization was adopted by Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Hospital Equipment and Surgical Disposable Products Sectional Committee and approval of the Medical Equipment and Hospital Planning Division Council.
