This Indian Standard (Part 2) which is identical to ISO 20976-2 : 2022 ‘Microbiology of the food chain - Requirements and guidelines for conducting challenge tests of food and feed products - Part 2: Challenge tests to study inactivation potential and kinetic parameters’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Food Microbiology Sectional Committee and approval of the Food and Agriculture Division Council.
