NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard (Part 2) (First Revision) which is identical with ISO 10524-2 : 2018 ‘Pressure regulators for use with medical gases - Part 2: Manifold and line pressure regulators’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Anaesthetic, Resuscitation and Allied Equipment Sectional Committee and approval of the Medical Equipment and Hospital Planning Division Council.

This standard was first published in 2013 as IS/ISO 10524-2 : 2005 ‘Pressure regulators for use with medical gases - Part 2: Manifold and line pressure regulators’. This first revision has been taken up to align it with latest edition of ISO 10524-2 : 2018.
