This Indian Standard (Part 2) which is identical to ISO 13300-2 : 2006 ‘Sensory analysis - General guidance for the staff of a sensory evaluation laboratory - Part 2: Recruitment and training of panel leaders’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Test Methods for Food Products Sectional Committee and approval of the Food and Agriculture Division Council.
