NATIONAL FOREWORD

This India Standard which is identical to ISO 13299 : 2016 'Sensory analysis - Methodolgy - General guidance for establishing a sensory profile' issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Test Methods for Food Products Sectional Committee and approval of the Food and Agriculture Division Council.
