NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 21620 : 2021 ‘Tourism and related services - Heritage hotels – Equipment and service requirements’ issued by International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendations of Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Related Services Sectional Committee and approval of the Service Sector Division Council.
