IS 18475 : 2023 Power Quality Measurement and Monitoring - Methods

ICS 29.240.30

ETD 01

New Standard from Last Update.

1 SCOPE

1.1 This standard defines the methods for measurement and monitoring of results for power quality parameters at network user’s supply terminals in distribution system with a declared fundamental frequency of 50 Hz. All cycle times are with respect to fundamental frequency of 50 Hz.

1.2 The power quality parameters considered in this standard are frequency, magnitude of the supply voltage, rapid voltage change, flicker, supply voltage unbalance, voltage harmonics, voltage inter harmonics, mains signaling voltage, voltage interruptions, supply voltage dips and swells, current magnitude, current harmonics, current inter harmonics, current unbalance.
