0.1 This Indian Standard ( Part 65/Sec 1 to 5 ) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on 23 February 1988. after the draft finalized by the Basic Staodards on Electronics and Telecommunication in consultation with the Radio Communications Sectional Committee had been approved by the Electronics and Telecommunication Division Council.
