IS 18915 : 2025 Space Systems - Product Assurance Requirements for Commercial Satellites (ISO 20188 : 2018, MOD)

NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard which is modified adoption to ISO 20188 : 2018 'Space systems - Productassurance requirements for commercial satellites' issued by International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendations of Air and Space Vehicles Sectional Committee and approval of the Transport Engineering Division Council.

The text of ISO standard has been approved as suitable for publication as an Indian Standard without deviations. Certain terminologies and conventions are, however, not identical to those used in Indian Standards. Attention is particularly drawn to the following:

a) Wherever the words 'International Standard' appear referring to this standard, they should beread as 'Indian Standard'; and

b) Comma (,) has been used as a decimal marker, while in Indian Standards, the current practiceis to use a point (.) as the decimal marker.
