This Indian Standard (Part 2) which is identical with ISO 14839-2 : 2004 'Mechanical vibration - Vibration of rotating machinery equipped with active magnetic bearings - Part 2: Evaluation of vibration' issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Bearings Sectional Committee and approval of the Production and General Engineering Division Council.
