IS 19029 : 2023 Smart Stun Gun - Specification
1 SCOPE
This standard lays down the requirements regarding materials, sizes, construction, and performance parameters of biometric access controlled smart stun gun used for self-defence by police forces, defence personnel, and other law enforcement agencies. Stun guns are conducted energy weapons which discharge pulsed electricity between two probes. The pulsed electricity is generated by battery supplies in the guns.
