This Indian Standard which is identical to ISO 37005 : 2024 'Governance of organizations - Developing indicators for effective governance' issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Social Responsibility Sectional Committee and approval of the Management and Systems Division Council.
