IS 19106 : 2025 Refrigerator or Combined Refrigerator and Water-Pack Freezer Intermittent Mains Powered - Compression Cycle - General Requirements and Test Methods
1 SCOPE
1.1 This standard specifies the essential requirements for ice-lined compression cycle refrigerators or combined refrigerators and waterpack freezers with an acceptable temperature range of + 2 °C to + 8 °C for storing vaccines.
1.2 This standard covers three temperature zone designations: namely moderate zone, temperate zone and hot zone. This standard also specifies test methods to establish a minimum rated ambient temperature designation.
