NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard (Part 5) which is identical to ISO 11901-5 : 2021 'Tools for pressing - Gas-springs - Part 5: Safety instructions for gas-springs' issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Metal Forming Machines Sectional Committee and approval of the Production and General Engineering Division Council.
