This Indian Standard which is identical to ISO 16126 : 2014 'Space systems - Assessment of survivability of unmanned spacecraft against space debris and meteoroid impacts to ensure successful post-mission disposal' issued by International Organization for Standardization (ISO), was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendations of Air and Space Vehicles Sectional Committee and approval of the Transport Engineering Division Council.
