This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 2729 : 1995`Woodworking tools - Chisels and gouges issued by theInternational Organization for Standardization (ISO), was adoptedby the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendations of theWoodworking Hand Tools Sectional Committee and approval of theBasic and Production Engineering Division Council.
