IS 209 : 1992 Zinc Ingot - Specification

1 Scope

1.1 This standard covers the requirements for virgin zinc in theform of ingot.

1.2 It does not cover the requirements of secondary zinc andzinc for galvanizing which are covered in IS 4699 : 1984 `Refinedsecondary zinc (first revision) and IS 13229 : 1991 `Zinc forgalvanizing respectively.
