1. SCOPE

1.1 This standard ( Part I) deals with operations and workmanship for the finishing of wood and wood-based materials with the pigmented and clear finishes.

1.1.1 In this standard clear finishes, such as nitro-cellulose, polyester, polyurethene, acid catalysed cold cure amino-plast and similar type of finishes are not covered.
