IS 2557 : 1994 Annatto Colour for Food Products - Specification

1 Scope

1.1 This standard prescribes the requirements and the methods oftest for annatto colour derived from the plant Bixa orellana L. andsupplied in the form of (a) solution in oil, and (b) solution inwater, for use in butter, cheese and other food products.
