1 Scope

1.1 This standard covers the technical requirements and methodsof tests for tungsten filament incandescent lamps for generallighting purposes in ships having a nominal life of 1 000 hours,rated wattage of 25 to 500 W, rated voltages of 115 V, 127 V and230 V; and clear, internally frosted or natural coloured bulbs;with standard bayonet or Edison screw caps.
