1 Scope

1.1 This standard covers the requirements for brass anodes usedin electroplating baths.

Brass anodes covered in this standard are intended for use inbrass-plating baths from which corrosion resistant coatings aredeposited into metal surfaces for protective or decorativepurposes, or to produce a building surface for other depositsapplied to metal surfaces.
