IS 2683 : 1980 Guide for Installation of Impregnation Plants for Timber

1 Scope

1.1 This standard specifies the essential requirements forinstallation of the following timber treatment plants and theiraccessories:

a) Pressure treatment plants with:

1) oil type of preservatives, and

2) water soluble types of preservatives, and

b) Open tank plant for the treatment of timber by the hot andcold process.
